  • You must be a registered business entity (CC, (Pty) Ltd, or sole proprietor) to use the Platform.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your company to legal agreements.
  • Commercial use only — the Platform is not available to individual consumers.

3. Workshop Terms

Registration & Approval

Workshop applications are reviewed within 24 hours. Auto-Go reserves the right to approve or decline any application without providing reasons.

Credit Account

  • 30-day credit terms run from the date of invoice, not date of delivery.
  • Credit limits are set by Auto-Go and may be reviewed at any time.
  • Exceeding your credit limit may result in order suspension until the balance is reduced.

Late Payment

  • Accounts more than 30 days overdue may be suspended from placing new orders.
  • Accounts more than 60 days overdue may be handed to a collections agency.
  • Auto-Go reserves the right to charge interest at the prime lending rate + 3% on overdue balances.

Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement if stock has not yet been confirmed.
  • Once a Supplier has confirmed stock, cancellation is subject to the Supplier’s returns policy.
  • Workshops are responsible for ensuring the correct part is ordered. Auto-Go is not liable for incorrectly identified parts.

Returns & Warranty

  • Incorrectly supplied parts may be returned within 48 hours of delivery for full credit.
  • Parts that have been installed cannot be returned unless found to be a manufacturing defect.
  • Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer as per the brand’s warranty terms.

4. Supplier Terms

Registration & Vetting

Supplier applications are subject to verification of company registration, VAT registration, and stock capability. Auto-Go reserves the right to decline or terminate any supplier relationship.

Stock Confirmation

  • Suppliers must confirm or decline each order within the 15-minute Confirmation Window.
  • Failure to respond within the window will result in the order being marked as declined.
  • Repeated failure to confirm (more than 3 times in 30 days) may result in account suspension.

Pricing & Fulfilment

  • Prices listed on the Platform must be accurate and regularly maintained.
  • Confirmed orders must be fulfilled at the confirmed price, regardless of subsequent price changes.
  • Substitutions require Workshop approval before dispatch.

Payment from Auto-Go

  • Auto-Go pays Suppliers on net 7-day terms from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment is contingent on successful delivery confirmation from the Workshop.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices displayed on the Platform exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • VAT is charged at the current South African standard rate (15%).
  • Auto-Go acts as principal in all transactions — Workshops contract with Auto-Go, not directly with Suppliers.
  • Workshops pay Auto-Go. Auto-Go pays Suppliers. Supplier pricing is strictly confidential and is never disclosed to Workshops.
  • Auto-Go’s margin is commercially sensitive and not disclosed.

6. Delivery and Collection

  • Same-day delivery is available where facilitated by our logistics partner (UrgentGo or equivalent) subject to cut-off times.
  • Delivery fees are displayed at checkout and are subject to change.
  • Free delivery thresholds are displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
  • Risk in goods passes to the Workshop upon delivery or collection from the Supplier.
  • Auto-Go is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics partners, traffic, weather, or force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Auto-Go Platform, brand, logo, and technology are proprietary to Auto-Go (Pty) Ltd.
  • Part numbers, OEM references, and manufacturer names are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
  • User-submitted content (e.g. business profiles) remains the property of the user. By submitting, you grant Auto-Go a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Auto-Go is not liable for losses arising from incorrect part identification by the Workshop.
  • Auto-Go’s maximum liability for any single claim is limited to the value of the Order in question.
  • Auto-Go is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages.
  • Auto-Go makes no warranty that the Platform will be available 100% of the time and shall not be liable for downtime losses.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Workshop and a Supplier:

  • The dispute must first be escalated to Auto-Go support at legal@auto-go.co.za within 14 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
  • Auto-Go will attempt to mediate a resolution within 10 business days.
  • If unresolved, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
  • Parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Gauteng High Court, Johannesburg.

10. Termination

  • Auto-Go may suspend or permanently terminate any account that breaches these Terms, without prior notice in cases of fraud or material breach.
  • For lesser breaches, Auto-Go will provide 7 days’ notice and an opportunity to remedy.
  • All outstanding credit balances remain immediately due and payable upon termination.
  • Users may close their account by contacting support. Account closure does not erase order history or outstanding debts.

11. Changes to Terms

Auto-Go reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
